Speaker Agreement
Event Details:
Event Name: From Niche to Empire: Selling High Ticket Services
Event Date: 02/18-02/20/2025
Event Location: Online/Virtual
Speaker Responsibilities:
The Speaker agrees to deliver the presentation outlined above in a professional manner and in accordance with the agenda provided by the Organizer. The Speaker will provide any requested materials (e.g., slides, handouts) no later than 1/15/25. Early submission from December 10-15, 2024 is encouraged to allow time for edits, or unexpected delays.
Organizer Responsibilities:
The Organizer will provide the Speaker with all necessary information about the event, including but not limited to the event schedule, venue details, and equipment available for the presentation.
Honorarium/Fee
The Organizer agrees to pay the Speaker a fee of 40% commission for any registrants for the presentation. Payment will be made via Paypal within 3 days after the event, or by 02/23/2025.
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
By the Organizer: The Organizer may cancel the Speaker's participation for any reason with at least ten days’ notice. In the event of a cancellation, the Organizer agrees to reimburse the Speaker for any non-refundable travel expenses incurred.
By the Speaker: If the Speaker cancels their participation, they must notify the Organizer at least 20 days in advance. The Speaker will not be entitled to any fees or reimbursement for travel expenses in case of cancellation unless agreed otherwise.
Recording & Use of Content:
Presentation will be pre-recorded with a live chat box for the speaker to engage with the audience.
The Speaker grants permission for the Organizer to use the content for promotional purposes, post-event distribution, etc.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information that may be shared in the course of planning or presenting at the event.
Indemnification:
The Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Speaker's participation in the event.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
